Exciting Opportunity: Project Coordinator (18-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Central Support Office – Billericay
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 18 Months

We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Central Support Office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-impact projects across our business, contributing to real, meaningful outcomes for our residents and team members alike.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Head of PMO and project team in planning, tracking, and delivering key workstreams
Coordinating meetings, resources, documentation, and updates across multiple departments
Monitoring project progress, risks, and timelines and updating key stakeholders
Assisting in the development of project tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
Taking the lead on smaller projects or defined phases of larger programmes
Maintaining accurate records, meeting minutes, and project documents
About You:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar role
Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships across teams
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, Smartsheet)
Experience in care, healthcare or IT sectors is desirable
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
