Do you have experience of working with children, young people and families? Are you looking for a new challenge and would relish the opportunity to make a difference to some of our most vulnerable children, young people and families? Do you have experience of multi-agency working? Would you enjoy working with an integrated and motivated team?
Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Family Help and Support delivers high quality services for local children and their families. The service ensures the right support is offered at the right time.
The vacancies are an opportunity for you to join a strong performing team who focus on achieving the best outcomes for the families, children, and young people they work with.
Family intervention workers play a key role in assessing the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex and multiple needs. They deliver a package of interventions using the Team Around the Family process and are unique in the way they work towards sustained outcomes for families.
