Summary
Role Overview
RS & RS Scientific is expanding its life science services into Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) markets and seeks a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead this strategic initiative. This role requires cultural fluency, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to position our technical services (e.g., protein isolation, cell culture assays) as a trusted partner for regional biotech and academic clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Entry Strategy:
o Develop tailored strategies to establish RS & RS Scientific’s brand and services in MENA markets.
o Identify and negotiate partnerships with biotech firms, academic institutions, and government bodies.
2. Multilingual Digital Campaigns:
o Design and manage social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, regional platforms) in English and at least three Middle Eastern language to engage startups and research hubs.
o Create culturally adapted content (blogs, videos, case studies) aligning with regional priorities (e.g., biotech innovation, sustainability initiatives).
3. Regulatory & Cultural Navigation:
o Advise on compliance with MENA import/export regulations for lab services.
o Adapt marketing materials to reflect local business practices and cultural norms.
4. Educational Outreach:
o Develop whitepapers and webinars addressing regional scientific challenges (e.g., “Enhancing Lab Infrastructure in Emerging Biotech Hubs”).

Essential Qualifications
• Language Proficiency:
o Spoken and written English (required for internal reporting and compliance).
o Fluency in at least two Middle Eastern language (e.g., Arabic, Turkish), three is preferred.
• Experience:
o 3+ years in marketing/business development.
o Proven success in managing social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn lead generation, regional platform engagement like Instagram).
o Experience creating technical or policy-focused content (e.g., blogs, grant proposals).
• Education:
o Degree in Marketing, International Relations, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Development, or a related field.
