This Post is Tuesday to Saturday with Sundays on a rota basis. Hours are between 5am and 10am each day.

The Mercury is Essex’s only full-time producing theatre, and last year saw us welcome over 105,000 audience members to shows and a further 20,000 who come to events in our café bar and piazza.
We have a spacious, café bar area, onsite kitchen, increased seating in the recently refurbished auditorium, and a range of hireable meeting, workshop, and activity spaces. Additionally, we cater for conferences and special events at the theatre.
Health & Safety and cleanliness are our top priority in ensuring that every visitor to The Mercury has a fantastic experience.
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to supervise and plan the delivery of high quality cleaning services across the venue. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring stock and cleaning supplies; as well as setting rotas and cleaning schedules.
If you have the experience needed, are highly organised, with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you.
