Our client, a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves managing and coordinating project documentation on their large site in Birmingham.
Temporary Document Controller – Construction Site (New Build Flats)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 4 months with potenital to lead to a permanant role
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Open to negotiation dependant upon experience
We are seeking a highly organised Document Controller for a temporary position on a busy new build flats development site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accurate records are kept and distributed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site documentation, drawings, and records in line with project protocols
Ensure document control systems are up to date and compliant
Distribute and track documents to relevant stakeholders
Support the site and project teams with administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in document control on construction projects
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Familiarity with document management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently on a fast-paced site
