Job Purpose
Are you enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and programmes within local communities?We are looking for people to engage proactively and positively with Children, Young People and Adults in various community based settings to facilitate their personal, social and educational development through the provision of a range of programmes in line with the early intervention, prevention and sustainable communities priorities of the Vibrant Communities Service across East Ayrshire in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of East Ayrshire Leisure’s Business Plan
Applicants must be available to work on a regular basis to cover at least one of the following Friday Football classes:
• Grange Leisure Centre, 7:30pm – 9:30pm
• St Josephs Leisure Centre, 7:30pm – 9:30pm
• Stewarton Leisure Centre, 3:30pm – 5:30pm
• Loudoun Leisure Centre, 7:30pm – 9:30pm
• Townhead Sports Hub (Cumnock), 1:30pm – 3:30pm
• Doon Valley Leisure Centre (Dalmellington), 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Classes will run each Friday from August 2025 until August 2026 with the exception of public holiday closures.
Additional hours will be available to cover various programmed events on an 'as and when required basis'.

Successful applicants for such posts will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with either or both of these groups as appropriate, or if they are already a Scheme member, be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update, before any formal offer of employment can be made by East Ayrshire Leisure.
