Westmorland and Furness Council’s Children & Families Business Support Service is seeking an experienced and dedicated administrator to join our team based in the Multi-Agency Children’s Hub.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a service that is deeply committed to making timely, informed decisions that positively impact the lives of children and families. You’ll be part of a well-supported team and have strong working relationships with the multi-agency partners, allowing us to understand, assess and address the immediate needs of children.
Who we are looking for…
A key aspect of the Business Support role involves communicating with both members of the public and professionals, primarily via phone and email, as well as accurately inputting and retrieving information from Children’s Services databases. As such, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the preferred candidate.
