Hospitality Assistant
* Mayfair, London
* 40 hours per week - potential to rise for 45 with overtime
* Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm
* Must be flexible and willing to cover holidays and sickness at site on other days

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment,
facilities management and more.
Hospitality Assistant responsibilities Include:
* Provide exceptional service across multiple meeting rooms, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
* Set up and maintain hospitality areas clean ensuring they are immaculate, well-stocked, and meet high standards.
* Serve beverages, and refreshments with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Managing resources efficiently, including setup, AV support, and special client requests.
About you
* A natural host who thrives in a customer-facing role, delivering exceptional hospitality at every interaction.
* Has a genuine love and passion for coffee and delivering impeccable service
* Is well-present, with a personality that shines through in every interaction.
* Can consistently deliver and uphold standards ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
* Possesses the ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
* Excellent spoken and written English
