An exciting opportunity to join a luxury car dealership. We are an enthusiastic and passionate team looking to recruit a Car Sales Manager to join our busy team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for maintaining a well-presented dealership and ensuring that the site's stock is effectively managed.
• Set clear targets for the sales team, motivating them to meet and exceed these goals.
• Maximise sales and exceed targets for the company.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance with manufacturer standards and
customer obligations, ensuring both are consistently met.
• Ensuring the sales team provides excellent customer service.
• Manage team's daily activities, ensuring adherence to their roles and
compliance standards.
• Building customer rapports/relationships and being their first point of contact
• Deal and respond to customer queries and resolve any issues, adhering to
customer needs.
Previous experience in a similar role within a motor vehicle environment would be highly desirable.
