Idea to Market (I2M) Workstream Lead
Initial 12-month contract
Slough (Head Office)
Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week on site)

Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for an Idea to Market (I2M) Workstream Lead to join KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? This might just be your next adventure!

KP Snacks is partnering with our parent company, Intersnack, on a transformational programme to streamline systems and processes for long-term growth.

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead the I2M workstream within the UK’s Project One Programme. This role is key to implementing a new ERP system, ensuring milestones are met and communication flows between UK teams, Intersnack, and stakeholders.

The I2M workstream covers Product Lifecycle Management, New Product Development, Recipe and Specification Management, Packaging, R&D, and Consumer Services. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee delivery, and support change activities for a smooth transition into business as usual.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in looking after our people. Here's a taste of what we offer:

- Annual salary circa. £75,000
- Annual bonus scheme with a strong record of overachievement
- Car cash allowance of £7,500
- Healthcare support – Medicash or Private Healthcare, Digital GP, Best Doctors, Cancer Care
- KP Pension Plan – matching up to 7%
- 25 days holiday + holiday buy scheme
- KP4ME – benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of the I2M workstream, using structured methodologies to ensure key phases – from walkthroughs to go-live – are delivered on time and to plan.
- Drive ERP implementation across key functions, improving how we innovate and launch products by embedding consistent, efficient processes.
- Work with subject matter experts, Intersnack counterparts and UK teams to ensure alignment, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
- Support the standardisation of systems and processes that enable future growth and efficiency across the business.
- Gain exposure to international project delivery and complex change, building skills in a dynamic environment with support and development opportunities.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family – over 15,000 people across more than 30 countries, making snacks you love, like Hula Hoops and McCoy’s.

In the UK, we’re about 2,400 strong across seven factories and our Slough HQ. Despite our size, we’re a close-knit team who value open minds, different perspectives, and teamwork.

Diversity isn’t a buzzword for us. We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone belongs. Even if you don’t tick every box, we want to hear from you. If we can support you in the process, just let us know.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- A relevant degree or equivalent experience that supports your confidence in navigating complex projects and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver in a team environment while managing timelines and anticipating risks.
- Experience leading or contributing to project delivery, ideally within a technical or transformation setting. Your transferable skills in stakeholder management and delivery planning are key.
- Previous involvement in a technology programme or workstream is a plus, though not essential. Experience with systems change or cross-functional projects – even in other sectors – is valuable.
- A recognised qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PPQ) is beneficial. Most importantly, you’ll align with KP’s values – acting with integrity, taking ownership, and working collaboratively to drive improvement.
