Personal Assistant required for a witty, fun loving and cheeky 9-year-old little girl with autism and is non-verbal.
This little girl is energetic, determined, independent, stubborn, great fun and intelligent.
Living nr Redruth.
The Personal Assistant will support her in building on her independence and life skills, personal care and bedtime routines, as well as accompanying her on outdoor activities and activities in the community.
Flexible hours but mainly weekends and school holidays
£12.60 per hour
45p a mile but must have business class insurance
Some knowledge or experience of working with children with autism would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All offers of employment will be subject to the successful candidate undertaking an enhanced DBS check, the administration process will be undertaken by Cornwall Council.
