Summary
WEEKLY PROVISIONAL PROGRAMMED ACTIVITIES The Programmed Activities will be agreed with the SDU director and will form the basis of the consultants job plan. The job plan is not fixed and can be further negotiated by the successful candidate, providing the needs of the service are met. AM PM Monday Admin SPA Ward round on BNRU and MDT meeting Tuesday Out-patient clinic, Amersham Hospital (this is a spasticity clinic once a month) Out-patient clinic, Amersham Hospital (this is a spasticity clinic once a month) Wednesday Support of the CNRS team, some weeks with a clinic in Rayners Hedge, Aylesbury Ward referrals/Home Visits Thursday Ward round on BNRU and case conferences/family meetings Out-patient clinic, Wycombe Hospital Friday Admin SPA On-call There is no on-call commitment Flexible Flexible SPA (0.5SPA) OPC 3 PAs CNRS clinic/liaison 1 PA Ward rounds and in-patient work 2 PAs Ward referrals/Home visits 1 PA Admin 1.5 PA SPA 1.5 SPA Total 10 PA
