What you’ll do
• Analyse datasets, spot trends and turn them into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and data wrangling.
• Build and polish Power BI dashboards that make complex stories simple.
• Help build and run ETL jobs and automate workflows (think SSIS, n8n, Power Automate, Python scripts).
• Lend a hand administering tools like Access People Planner, Zoho CRM and Fountain ATS.
• Document processes, test new features and champion best practice across the business.
• Help with supporting users.
