We are now seeking a General Service Manager to join our team at HMRC India Building, Water Street, Liverpool. You will manage a range of FM services, including cleaning, security, reception, and catering, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs. You'll also drive operational improvements, support contract growth, and maintain strict budgetary control.

Whatyou’ll do:

  • Manage daily Hard & Soft FM operations across designated sites
  • Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards
  • Drive service development, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of FM professionals
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments and client stakeholders

What you bring:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in FM leadership
  • Strong people management and HR capabilities
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Food Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident decision-maker with attention to detail
  • Driving licence is required

Desirable:

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
  • CIEH Level 3 in Food Safety (or higher)
