    • Training: Proven classroom management skills and experience in differentiated instruction. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.

    • Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.

      DBS Check:

      • All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one registered to the update service. The cost of a DBS may be passed to the applicant.

      • Link3 Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

To be considered for the higher end of the salary scale, candidates should demonstrate:

        • Advanced Experience: A strong track record of success teaching Maths at GCSE level.

        • Leadership: Previous involvement in leading subject areas, mentoring staff, or running extracurricular activities.

        • Professional Development: Commitment to CPD, including relevant courses, qualifications, or further subject specialism.

          Location:
This role is based in Derby, within a well-established and inclusive secondary school. The school is easily accessible by public transport and offers a positive working culture with a focus on professional development.

          Why Join Us?

          • Competitive daily rate with potential for salary increases.

          • Access to regular CPD and training opportunities.

          • Supportive leadership team and inclusive school environment.

          • Opportunity for progression and a permanent position for the right candidate.
