Summary
Fabricator Welder
An established engineering company in Flintshire, North Wales, is recruiting 3-4 skilled Fabricator Welders to join their team due to increased workload and ongoing projects.
Position Details
Salary: £13-£17 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
Location: Flint, North Wales – accessible from Chester, Wrexham, Liverpool, Deeside, Conwy, Denbighshire, and Shropshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime: Available at 1.5x rate (Monday to Saturday) and 2x rate (Sundays)
Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension after qualifying period
Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in fabrication and welding, post-apprenticeship or qualification
Experience with MIG welding, as well as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare cutting lists independently
Familiarity with CNC Guillotine and CNC Brake Press is an advantage
Knowledge of stainless steel and mild steel pipework, both in workshop and on-site, is helpful
Additional Information
A fabrication and weld test, including MIG welding, will take place at the workshop as part of the interview process
Candidates should be available to start immediately
