What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work:Up to 30 Hours Per Week: Shifts: Between 07:00 - 20:30 + Weekend Availability
• Companionship, offering emotional support, meaningful conversation, and engagement in activities to reduce isolation and enhance quality of life.
• Domestic Duties, performing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
• Personal Care, Assisting with daily hygiene needs including bathing, dressing. grooming, toileting, and mobility support, always maintaining dignity and respect.
• Medication Support, prompting and assisting clients with taking prescribed medications on time and accurately, inline with care plans.
• Community Involvement, accompanying clients to appointment, social events, or recreational activities, promoting social interaction and independence.

• Full UK Driving Licence - A valid, full UK licence is essential with access to a car.
• Caring and Empathetic Nature - A genuine desire to support and care for others is crucial.
