Location: Office-based, Edinburgh - EH12
Hours: 18.75 hours per week
Salary: £12.24 per hour
Duration: ASAP weekly on going
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their small, dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring efficient administration and data management for a well-established organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient administration of the organisation.
- Take lead responsibility for managing administrative data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing agendas and papers for key meetings and committees.
- Support website updates for specific areas of the organisation’s WordPress site.
- Oversee the maintenance of the organisation’s official contacts database.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Professional and approachable attitude.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, as part of a small team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good level of general numeracy.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (or equivalent) to an intermediate level.
