Scheme Manager - Care and Supported Housing
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead front line teams in delivering high-quality care and supported housing services. This role is all about ensuring flexible, responsive support that meets the changing needs of vulnerable adults.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and motivate local teams to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support

Manage the day-to-day running of one or more services, ensuring smooth operations

Oversee housing management tasks including tenancy and voids management

Work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, safeguarding, health & safety)

Promote continuous improvement and uphold high-quality care standards
