The Role
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and reliable individuals looking to play a significant role in our production process. Joining our busy Cropping team, candidates will be responsible for supporting the Glasshouses, harvesting/picking multiple varieties of our juicy chillies.
Based at our Bosham site, near Chichester and reporting directly to the Glasshouse Crop Manager, you will be a pivotal team member, working to ensure that customer standards are met and maintained at all times, along with maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Following stringent procedures and working within a fast paced, dynamic, team environment, you will also have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills - not forgetting that all important, sense of humour!

Key Responsibilities:
Harvesting designated crops
Grading as per required standards
Loading trays onto trailers as appropriate
Ensure safe working practices in accordance with Company policies at all times
Maintain fruit quality
General crop work and maintenance
