Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support in their efforts.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
Enhance the employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and outreach efforts.
Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maximize sourcing opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies and achieving hiring targets.
Strong knowledge of labor market trends, recruitment tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
