About Us
Hewitt Banks Limited is a growing consultancy specialising in connecting fast-scaling businesses with outstanding talent. We work across industries including technology, media, and financial services, with a focus on delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Our approach is relationship-driven, insights-led, and grounded in real operational experience.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take a strategic lead in our recruitment operations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from client onboarding and talent strategy design to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. This role requires someone with deep expertise in both candidate engagement and client consultation, as well as the ability to streamline and improve hiring processes for scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, define job criteria, and develop recruitment plans.
• Source and assess high-calibre candidates using multiple sourcing platforms and tools.
• Drive hiring campaigns for a wide variety of roles, including technical, commercial, and leadership positions.
• Manage and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, using market insights to shape recruitment decisions.
• Implement structured interviewing processes and contribute to employer branding efforts.
• Coach and support junior team members when required.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of talent strategy, pipeline management, and data-driven recruitment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
• Ability to lead on process improvements and develop long-term recruitment frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of industry platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite).
• Experience in employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment analytics.
Why Join Hewitt Banks Limited?
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role within a forward-thinking consultancy. You'll work with passionate professionals, have the autonomy to shape recruitment strategy, and make a real impact in scaling dynamic organisations.
