Crynodeb
Role: The role will entail, but is not restricted to:
General cleaning and maintenance
Basic DIY tasks and minor repairs
General care of our outside space (weeding, litter picks, etc)
Completion of daily health and safety checks
Conducting a weekly fire alarm test
Ensuring core systems, including heating, lighting, and alarms, are maintained
Ensuring our indoor spaces are safe and secure
Assisting with room set-up for bookings and events
Working with our volunteer team as required
Successful candidates will have:
Attention to detail
Ability to self-motivate, and work independently
Good time management
Ability to manage workload according to changing priorities
Comfortable working with volunteers
Comfortable assisting members of the public with general enquiries
Additional desirable (non-essential) experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of building maintenance
DIY skills
A driving license
