Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our software company. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as a strategic point of contact between the client and our internal teams (development, support, and sales).

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations

Understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions with the development or support team

Conduct regular client reviews and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and ensure continued satisfaction

Track client feedback, complaints, and suggestions, and coordinate timely resolutions with internal teams

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and communicate added value propositions

Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and prepare performance or status reports

Collaborate with the sales, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Contribute to customer retention strategies and support the onboarding of new clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a software/SaaS or tech environment

Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and account growth

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing tasks effectively

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first approach

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience in software implementation, onboarding, or support

Understanding of Agile methodologies or software development lifecycle

BTEC Level 7 / RFQ Level 6-7 business qualification (ideal for Skilled Worker roles)
