We have an exciting opportunity available for an Hospitality Manager to join our Alladale Wilderness Reserve team, working on a full-time basis from June 2025.
The Hospitality Manager is a multifaceted role that involves a strong focus and commitment to guest experience, staff management and maintaining high standards, ensuring that every detail exceeds expectations of our clientele.
You will oversee the reserve hospitality operations, including guest services, event coordination, food and beverage service and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver and uphold five-star service standards in all guest interactions
- Anticipate and accommodate personalized preferences of HNWIs
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing service team
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
High emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure - Manage logistics for private events, VIP arrivals, and bespoke experiences
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitie
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting and strong track record of effectively addressing and solving operational challenges
