Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including assessments, medication management, and care planning
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive holistic, tailored care
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold compliance standards
- Ensure safe practices through infection control and health & safety protocols
- Liaise with GPs, pharmacists, and external healthcare professionals
