Summary

Salary: G7 - starting salary £25,584 per annum pro rata, £22,374 actual salary (pay award pending of 3.2%)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only.
Temporary contract from 01.09.2025 - 17.07.2026.
Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint Learning Support Assistants for SEND students who require 1:1 or shared support in school. You will be required to provide support for learning as well as the social/emotional development of other students on an individual or group basis, under the general direction of the line manager. We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants who are motivated to support children with high needs, helping them to learn, thrive, and enjoy a fulfilling school experience. We are a successful and dedicated team who are eager to nurture and support a new colleague as they grow in confidence and develop their skills.
