Production Operative
Location: Nantwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 or 19:00 - 05:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour
KPI Recruiting are looking for a Production Operative to join our client’s team working in Nantwich. As a Production Operative you will support the efficient and safe manufacture of cleaning products by operating production line machinery, assembling, filling, labelling, and packaging goods in line with company standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery for the blending, filling, labelling, and packaging of cleaning products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), health and safety guidelines, and hygiene practices at all times.
• Carry out quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Accurately record production data, including quantities, batch numbers, and downtime.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Identify and report any faults or inconsistencies in the production line to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock control and the movement of finished goods within the warehouse.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and COSHH regulations where applicable.
