The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Service. The role will lead on workforce support and quality assurance activities to support the Family Help service and wider Early Help system to understand the impact and outcomes of current practice.
The role will require close working with senior managers to improve the quality of Family Help services delivered to Children and Families and lead on developing strong and robust approaches to partnership support across the Early Help system. This will include leading the development and delivery of partnership workforce development and wider support opportunities.

About You
You will be a passionate and experienced manager with an understanding and experience of Early Help work with Children and Families, and a good understanding of Family Help developments.
You will have experience of undertaking quality assurance activity and have the proven ability to analyse data and information to support ongoing improvements across Family Help.
You will have experience of managing high performing teams, utilising a restorative approach to leadership and leading by example. You will have experience of working with partners and supporting culture, practice and integrated working.
You will be an approachable and confident leader, who embraces creativity and approaches change with a ‘can do’ attitude to overcome challenges.

Within your covering letter with specific reference to the job description and person specification please demonstrate:
1) Your extensive operational experience of working with children, young people and families, in relation to delivering targeted interventions with managerial or supervisory experience within a child and family setting.
2) Your ability to support the training and development of the Early Help workforce to enhance practice through the Quality Assurance framework and develop a shared understanding of best practice.
3) Your experience of developing and implementing audit frameworks.
