We are a dedicated early years education centre providing high-quality montessori education for young children. We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and boost student enrolment through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the school’s key marketing channels, including digital platforms, offline promotions, and social media, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the unique features of the Montessori approach to increase brand awareness and student enrolment.
• Maintain close communication and build strong relationships with parents to foster trust and collaboration.
• Collect and analyse data on parents’ and prospective clients’ needs and behaviours, incorporating market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Apply effective market research methods, utilizing both online and offline data, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to support informed marketing decisions.
• Continuously optimize enrolment and branding strategies based on research insights, ensuring accurate market positioning aligned with the school’s values.
• Organize and participate in various promotional and enrolment events, such as open days, community gatherings, and exhibitions, to enhance parent engagement.
• Maintain regular communication channels with parents and students, gather feedback promptly, and work to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and supporting both online and offline enrolment activities to drive admissions.
• Create and publish compelling marketing content that highlights the school’s educational philosophy and unique advantages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related fields.
• Proven experience working with students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly responsible with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
