Ammanford area 20 hours per week.
I am a young lad living in the Ammanford area I am looking for a personal assistant to support me going out into the community, I enjoy going to the gym, swimming and socialising with friends.
I will need a personal assistant to support me to remain safe, as I have autism and a brain trauma.
Looking for a personal assistant assisting me with attending potential volunteering roles, I am looking for someone who has a good sense of humour, companionship and who can assist me and support me going out maintaining my independence.
The hours are to be worked flexibly as required 20 hours per week.
A car driver for this role would be essential.

This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme and is intended to enable the individual to manage their support independently. Training can be provided as required and where available. Must have own transport and a full driving licence.
A Disclosure Barring Service Check (DBS) / criminal record check will require to be undertaken for this post. This will be completed on acceptance of job offer
