Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a wide network of Secondary Schools across the Maidstone area. We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools with short-term, long-term, and permanent cover needs.

Cover Supervisors play a key role in maintaining continuity in the classroom during teacher absences. While you won’t be expected to plan lessons, strong classroom presence, behaviour management, and clear communication are essential.

The ideal Cover Supervisor will have:

  • A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or at least 6 months of relevant experience


  • Confidence managing a class of students aged 11–16+


  • The ability to manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged


  • Flexibility to work across various departments and year groups as needed
