Crynodeb
The Neighbourhood and Environmental Services Directorate within Blaenau Gwent are looking to recruit a Keyholder on a Permanent basis to undertake keyholding and cleaning duties at Vision House Ebbw Vale.
The position is 15 hours per week (split shift) 41 weeks of the year.
The successful candidate will clean any designated area to a set standard by using chemicals, equipment and machinery.
You will also be expected to maintain your cupboard equipment and machinery by cleaning and correct storage after use.
You will also be responsible for the opening and locking of the building on a daily basis.
You will also be required to place orders when replacement chemicals and equipment are required.
The successful candidates should be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to use their own initiative and be willing to undertake any training considered necessary for the position.
COSHH and basic Health and Safety plus experience is desirable.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive pre-employment screening process will be undertaken which will include an Enhanced Disclosure with Child Barred List.
