Crynodeb
Plans, performs and provisionally reports a range of complex and highly complex diagnostic neurophysiological investigations on adult patients from a range of specialties. To manage and provide leadership to the non-medical clinical neurophysiology team. To work with CCLs Neurophysiology Consultants and the Divisional Institute Manager in the strategic development of the service as well as the development and delivery of innovative service improvement projects focussed on improving quality of care and patient outcomes, including the collection and evaluation of capacity, productivity and other relevant data. Managing the Polysomnography service with Sleep Lead. Provide the Divisional Institute Manager with assurance of proactive management of clinical risks, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate or respond to identified risks. Identify clinical research and audit priorities to drive the neurophysiology clinical development strategy.
