We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Transformation Advisor. This is an agile role which works across the HR Transformation on a variety of projects and initiatives.

You will support our People Helpdesk team in the delivery of first class customer service through providing customer support via email, calls, live chat and our HR Enquiry Management System, myNL Portal.

You will also be involved in the maintenance of our website myNL and also our knowledge base within myNL Portal. You will deliver training to employees across North Lanarkshire Council both face to face and via teams.

You will have the opportunity to support in the rollout of new HR processes which will include creating and issuing communications and training materials.

With a National 5 Qualification or equivalent, you will have experience in a administrative, customer service or HR role. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills. Working knowledge of iTrent would be advantageous.

You will be a joining a dynamic and agile team within People Resources, who currently operate a hybrid working model of 50/50 between home-working and office-based work.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
