Now Recruiting: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a fixed-term, part-time position in a warm and supportive early years setting.

Location: Within Oxfordshire
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term for a minimum of 12 months
️ Start Date: As soon as possible thereafter
Salary: £24,081 per annum (pro rata)
️ Closing Date for Applications: Wednesday, 29 May 2025

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to make a real difference in a thriving nursery environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children’s development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with nursery staff to deliver high-quality early years provision
- Liaise with parents, carers, Ofsted, SENCO specialists, and Early Years advisors
- Ensure all children are supported in a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating
environment
- Report directly to the Nursery Manager

Ideal Candidate:

- Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

- Has previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
