Recruitment Professionals is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and well-established nursery in Harlesden for an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join the Toddler Room team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled early years professional with strong leadership abilities to step into a rewarding role in a supportive, child-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily running of the Toddler Room
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for children aged 2–3 years
- Support and mentor team members, encouraging professional development
- Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, and safeguarding
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting
- Proven leadership experience within an early years environment
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A warm, positive, and professional approach to working with children and families

- Salary range of £28,000 – £34,000, depending on experience
