Job Description
I am looking for a PA to support me in my home and to safely get out and access the community. I have 1 dog who is very friendly.
I will need your support to help with food preparation, support around the bungalow and general home making.
My wife helps in the morning and I require support in the evening.
I struggle with memory fog and need lots of prompts and reminders to stick to my daily routine.
I am unable to communicate verbally and I use a Talk Type device to communicate.
Roles and Responsibilities
To support me with day to day living tasks.
To support me with general household maintenance.
About Me
I live at home with my wife, and see my sister who support me. I do not communicate verbally and use a talk type device to aid my communication. I enjoy listening to music and have some friends who are singers.
Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy listening to music and I have friends who are singers, I struggle to maintain concentration to engage in many hobbies or activities.
