We are looking for Nights, Days and Bank Staff.
We are looking for Care Assistants who are keen to work towards their NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, with a passion and enthusiasm to work with the elderly and who would like to join our team and become a part of the family in our home.
Under the leadership and guidance of our Managers and Senior Carers, you’ll play an essential role in our resident’s lives; they need your assistance with personal care, dietary requirements, socialising and comfort. You’ll be making a difference to someone’s quality of life every day, our resident’s smiles are magical.
We are always seeking ways to help you progress in your career. We are proud to support you in your development and encourage training at all levels.
Candidates who wish to embark or enhance on their career in Dementia care and those who are keen to work towards their NVQ2 in Health and Social Care.
We are also seeking candidates who are confident with IT systems, such as PCS and Atlas which supports with effective care documentation. Great communicative skills, proactive thinking in an ever-changing environment, keen eye for detail, an open approach to continuous learning and working as part of a team. Furthermore, previous training or a keen enthusiasm to work towards medication training is desirable.
