Summary

Who is the HR Resourcing Advisor?

HR Resourcing Advisors work with all directorates across the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) providing effective support and guidance for all resourcing needs, whilst ensuring compliance across all processes.

With a focus on inclusion, improving diversity and a great candidate journey, you would be expected to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

You will work alongside the other members of the resourcing team to help provide team resilience and ensure that vacancies are compliant and run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as point of contact for hiring managers to offer guidance and support on all aspects of the resourcing process including but not limited to:
    • Ensuring that all resourcing services provided across the MCA are consistent and in line with team strategic goals whilst adhering to governance standards and industry best practice including GDPR and the Civil Service Recruitment Principles
