- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in residential and commercial environments.
- Valid CSCS card is required.
- Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Capability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
