Marketing and Communications
Full Time (1 FTE - 35 hours per week)
Fixed Term until 31st July 2026
Salary: £24,530 pro rata, per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow and develop their marketing skillset within a busy Marketing and Communications team at Scotland’s national conservatoire.
You will provide support across all of RCS’s marcomms activity, both externally and internally, including degree programmes, short courses, Junior Conservatoire, Fair Access and Engagement initiatives, and the institution’s public performances, across online and offline platforms.
You will have some experience of marketing and promotions, ideally with a relevant related qualification, but a positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills (including proofreading), a willingness to learn, and an open and flexible approach to work are just as important.
Ideally, you’ll also be familiar with content and customer relations management systems, of email marketing software, have some experience of creating and posting social media content in a professional capacity, and have knowledge of the Higher Edu-cation and/or performing arts environment. A knowledge of classical music would also be a distinct advantage.
