About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic SEMH Specialist to provide targeted support to pupils struggling with behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. You'll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, families, and external agencies to create personalised support plans, deliver 1:1 and group interventions, and help create a safe and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs

Relevant qualifications ( Level 3+ in Childcare, Education or equivalent; Mental Health First Aid desirable)
