Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their occupational needs and goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices.
Implement therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their daily functioning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary.
Educate clients and their families on strategies to facilitate recovery and promote independence.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping as per regulatory and policy standards.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.83
