Static Fabric Technician – Kensington & Chelsea – 40K
I am currently representing a leading building services and construction specialist company who have a exciting new opportunity for a Fabric Technician to work on a static site in Kensington & Chelsea.
You will be providing day to day reactive works by providing a comprehensive range of fabric services helping ensure the business delivers their contract efficiently.
Duties on site:
- Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Clearing or cleaning general areas
- Shifting furniture or equipment
- Assembling furniture or equipment
- Painting and decorating
- Changing filters on air conditioning systems
- Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
- Plant & BMS status checks
- Hosting & escorting sub contractors
The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum City and guilds across various disciplines such as carpentry/joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing or equivalent
- Minimum of industry experience of 2 years +
- Experience of managing fabric repairs within a commercial setting.
