We are seeking a proactive product Data Administrator to support our clients retail and wholesale operations. Candidates with Store management experience will be considered. In this varied role, you’ll work for a well known men’s clothing company in their head office, managing stock replenishment, pricing updates, promotions and maintaining accurate EAN data. You’ll assist with seasonal planning, tracking sales performance and will be using the Blu Jay system to assist with stock management. The role also includes updating product information forms, typing up packing lists and carton end printing.
You'll also act as the main point of contact for store managers for any issues regarding their till.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Product data administration or store management, preferably across both retail and wholesale sectors. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office is essential. A valid driver’s license and access to your own transport are also required due to the location of this position.
This is a permanent position.
Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Fridays.
The salary is negotiable between £28,000 – £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
