What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 teacher to join our passionate and supportive team at Winkfield St Mary’s. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a skilled primary practitioner to step into a leadership role, taking responsibility for Reading, Writing and Maths, as well as leading on whole-school assessment and data.
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will receive dedicated leadership time and play a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum and driving school improvement. We are looking for someone with the ambition, expertise, and vision to make a lasting impact on pupil outcomes and staff development.
