Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The HLTA will:
• Cover, lead (and sometimes plan) lessons in classes cross the school. This will include covering PPFA
• Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion PPA.
• Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils within class and in intervention groups
• Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
