• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of key performance indicators and the ability to use them to monitor progress
• Awareness of the needs of all children, especially those who are Pupil Premium or have SEND
• An understanding of how a pupil’s learning is affected by they intellectual, emotional and social development, and the stages of child development
Desirable
• Experience of working as part of a team
• First aid skills
• An understanding of the importance of parental involvement
• Experience working with children who have SEN and/or disabilities

Audlem St James’ CE Primary School is a friendly and exciting Church of England one form entry primary school in Audlem. Our children are well behaved, great fun and eager to learn. We have a talented, hardworking and friendly staff, and a supportive governing board. Parental and school

We currently have 175 pupils on roll and live our motto ‘Let Your Light Shine’ Matthew 5:16 so that all our children are able to flourish.

The school joined The Cornovii Trust in December 2021, which consists of Alsager High School, Alsager Highfields, Pear Tree Primary School, Stapeley Broad Lane, Brine Leas High School and Weston Primary School
