Crynodeb

Aberlour are working alongside NHS Highland to create a young peoples participation and engagement project that seeks to coproduce meaningful and accessible Green, nature based and outdoor health and wellbeing interventions.

What we are looking for....
We are looking for an individual who can use their experience of working alongside young people in an education, mental health or youth work setting to connect and engage with groups of young people. You will use your creativity and approach to help find ways to sustain participation in this project.

You should have some knowledge of mental health issues and services but will be working alongside health professionals to expand your knowledge so should have some experience of working collaboratively with other agencies. Your expertise and main role within the project will be in the area of group facilitation, participation and engagement.

This is a 30 hour post ideally worked over 4 days with some flexibility around weekend or evening work to meet the needs of group participants. Such working hours will be planned in advance.

The post will work across both Inverness and Fort William so you should be a driver, preferably with access to a vehicle.

What we offer...
As well as a supportive team and excellent training opportunities, we want all our employees to feel valued and rewarded for the vital work they do. When you work with us, we'll recognise your efforts with generous annual leave, an excellent employer pension scheme and a range of deals and discounts across various retailers. More information regarding our Employee Benefits and our commitment to Equality and Diversity can be found on our website.
